To maintain a professional and trusted ecosystem, all users (Startups, Investors, Mentors) must adhere to the following principles:
1. Professionalism & Respect Treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive language will result in immediate account suspension.
No Spam: Founders may not send unsolicited, bulk, or generic messages to investors. Connection requests must be personalized and relevant.
2. Integrity & Honesty
Truthful Representation: Startups must provide accurate data regarding revenue, traction, and team credentials. Fabricating data (e.g., inflating revenue numbers) is strictly prohibited.
Identity: You may not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
3. Confidentiality
For Investors: Pitch decks and financial data shared by founders are confidential. You may not share, leak, or publicly post these documents without the founder’s explicit permission.
For Founders: You may not publicly disclose the details of private term sheets or negotiations without the investor's consent.
4. Zero Tolerance for Fraud Any attempt to defraud users, solicit money for fake services, or engage in money laundering activities will be reported to relevant legal authorities immediately.
5. Reporting Violations If you witness a violation of this Code, please report it immediately to hello@mybrandpitch.com. We treat all reports anonymously.

1. Subscription Services MyBrandPitch operates on a subscription model (Monthly/Yearly) for premium features.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
3. No Refunds
General Rule: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unused content.
Reasoning: As a digital platform, access to our database and tools is granted immediately upon payment.
4. Exceptions We may consider a refund request within 7 days of purchase only in the following cases:
Technical Error: You were charged multiple times due to a technical glitch.
Service Unavailability: The Platform was inaccessible for a significant duration (more than 48 hours) during your subscription period.
To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact hello@mybrandpitch.com with your transaction ID.
